To strengthen our marketing department (Location Oss, the Netherlands), we're looking for a 

Passionate Community Manager (Full Time) m/f 

to represent the brand, its products and services in specific rider communities. 

About the position 
The Community Manager's primary job role is to represent the company in specific riding communities, both online as well as offline. You're a candidate with a strong affinity for the urban, fashionable rider community. You will be the eyes and ears as well as the representative of the REV'IT! brand in this community. You've heard of names such as Deus, 8Negro and Wrench Monkeys already 4 years ago and follow them and others ever since. You will be working closely together with your colleagues at the marketing department, both in New York as well as in the Netherlands, as well as having a close working relationship with the colleagues from Graphic Design and Presentation and Design. Your experiences are passionately shared internally. You will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Are you the candidate we're looking for?
You're passionate in everything you do. Working at REV'IT!, being part of the community, is not just a job for you, but a 'way of life'. Naturally, you're a passionate motorcyclist yourself with strong ties to the urban bike scene so you know what you're talking about and whom you're talking to. You want to share your passion and you excel in copywriting with the right tone of voice, both in Dutch as well in English (the corporate language). You have solid experience with CMS systems, Social Media en Event Marketing. You're an open-minded, creative and pro-active person and have great communication and relationship building skills. You're a multitasking project manager with good analytical skills who's able to present his or her ideas both internally as well as externally with passion and knowledge.

Since we're a young team, you should ideally be aged 30 or younger, with relevant educational back ground and work experience. If you don't ride a motorcycle yourself, don't apply for the job.
