Human Resources Manager In this position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring/managing all relevant activities in the HR area, primarily and mainly for Kawasaki Motor Europe Headquarters (KME HQ) (Hoofddorp and Vianen), but on occassion for branches as well. Initiates, develops and - following the required internal authorizations - implements HR policies, regulations and other for KME required operational HR/personnel matters. Consistently securing the required professional support to management and staff accordingly; aside managerial tasks, the majority of HR tasks has to be initiated and executed by the HR Manager her/himself. You manage a small team of HR staff and you will be reporting to the Director Corporate Affairs. Responsibilities * Preparing and monitoring the yearly appraisal/yearplan procedures and executing the follow-up * Secretary to the Works Council consultative meetings, preparing minutes and action lists, monitoring follow-up * Providing monthly headcount reports, with updated data of staff numbers (HQ and branches) * Controlling absence due to illness, keeping accurate data of those illness and recovery reports * Advising on and handling approved training/education requests * Monitoring a consistent application of HR instruments * Controlling HR budget and business planning reports * Recruitment * Health & Safety, responsible for BHV's good functioning Requirements Profile * Approximately five years relevant HR experience, gained in an international environment * Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English * Computer literate (Word, Excel, Visto, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint) Personality * Acting with tact and diplomacy * Trustworthy * Service-minded * 'Open door'-attitude * Good listener * Team player * Productive * Hands on mentality * Analytical skills * Efficient Offer KME offers an excellent salary and benefits (lease car, pension, health insurance, etc.).
