The successful candidate will have European sales and distribution experience at the highest level in the motorcycle / sport protection industry and will be have good general business acumen. The role will entail heading up operations with a special focus on distribution and sales for Europe. Using your experience and objective analysis tools, you will be expected to restructure parts of our current distribution network, determine customer needs, sales volume potential, and pricing schedules that will meet company goals. Duties will include: • Restructure our current distribution network where appropriate • Manage distribution and sales relationships • Provide feedback and input on European marketing strategies • Assist with market diversification • Facilitate contractual relationships with distributors; both existing and new, in order to support, maintain and enhance sales performance through a network of distributorships and dealers • Grow the company’s sales, evaluate market impact and sales opportunities around, as agreed with the CEO on an annual basis, in order to increase turn-over and profit to meet financial goals set by the Board of Director’s • Manage product information by training the distributor and various sales personal • Develop and maintain a specific European sales plan as well as assist the CFO to prepare the annual European budget • Assist with strategic planning and implementation of product growth and new market development Leatt-logo Who we’re looking for: The successful candidate should ideally have 5 -10 years of documented successful international sales & business development experience and be able to demonstrate sales success as an individual contributor. Specific experience in the action/motorcycle sports segment would be advantageous. The following skills and experience are also required: • A related base business qualification, preferably a degree in sales, marketing or commerce • Ability to participate in a fast-paced team environment and the ability to asses new market potentials • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in as many of the following languages would be an advantage; English, German, French, Spanish and Italian Remuneration: A competitive package will be offered.
