Sales Coordinator

The Supply Chain Management Division supports the management and key functions in the operations division, organizes all transport activities, and is responsible for financial planning, budget, - reporting, project management and IT development and support.

As Sales Coordinator you are responsible for the operational management of distributor order fulfilment and accurate maintenance of supporting systems and processes in order to achieve the highest possible customer service level. You will support the Area Product Manager in commercial management of assigned regions in order to enable the Area Product Manager to optimize the PSI situation.

Main tasks
Support to distributors and YMENV internal relations on a daily basis.
Daily management and control of the sales order and invoice process to distributors
Sales Price Management
Product and market knowledge; maintain an up-to-date knowledge on the product line up;
Building relationships and sharing best practices.
Execution of stock transfers and follow up.
Manage operation for order cycles.

Profile a suitable candidate
A Relevant Higher Professional Education;
Relevant working experience, preferably in the automotive sector;
Excellent analytical and communication skills;
Knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
Experience in working with automated systems and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Both independent and a team player;
Service minded attitude, customer oriented, accurate and a self-starter;
Affinity with Yamaha products and business is an advantage;
Flexible attitude.
