Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
* manage a small HR team (one HR assistant and two frontdesk employees)
* evaluate the internal employment policies and propose amendments when requiered
* prepare and monitor the yearly appraisal system and execute the follow up
* recruitment
* provide monthly headcount reports
* control absenteeism
* advise on and handle training and education requests
* monitor a consistent application of HR instruments
* control HR budget and business planning reports
* health & safety; being responsible for BHV
* being the secretary to the Works Council consultative meetings

Requirements
Kawasaki is looking for an HR professional with good multicultural awareness who knows how to act with tact and diplomacy, who is trustworthy, service-minded to the internal clients and is a strong teamplayer.

Furthermore the position of HR manager at Kawasaki contains the following job requirements:
* Bachelor degree
* Approximately 5 years relevant HR experience
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Dutch and English
* Hands on mentality
* Computer literate (word, excel, visio, lotus notes, power point)
* You preferably have experience with the Japanese culture
