MotorVacature: Technical Intranet Content & Database Coordinator

Our offices are located in Kontich, near Antwerp.

Role and responsibilities:

As a Moteo employee you are a member of the IT team.
You have a strong drive to execute the following tasks and achieve the related objectives:
You are responsible to coordinate, create & update the Motorcycle, Scooter and ATV Parts & Accessory catalogues.
You are working close to the business and have contacts and communication with the product managers in the different European Moteo subsidiaries.

• Create & update application lists and cross reference lists for Motorcycle, Scooter & ATV parts and accessories
• Contact suppliers & dealers to gather data on models and parts
• Screen application lists from suppliers, internet and other sources and match to our current available product range
• Maintain "Master" product database in co-operation with product managers
• Fit product samples to available models to check physical application

Profile:

• Technical M/C , Scooter or ATV parts & accessory knowledge is an asset
• Accurate, but keeping overview over relatively large databases
• MS SQL Database knowledge
• MS-Office knowledge
• Willing to work together with suppliers, dealers (visit) & technical staff
• Willing to perform analytical work and respecting "deadlines"/target dates
• Able to check components with models
• Communication skills (spoken and written) & customer oriented
• Communicates fluent in Dutch, French and English, knowledge of German is an asset
• Work most of the time independent but act as a teamplayer
