| Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. (YME) is the headquarters of the Yamaha Motor Company in Europe and is responsible for coordinating the marketing, sales, logistics operations and service activities of Yamaha motor products. Main products are: motorcycles and scooters, marine outboard motors, inflatable boats, water vehicles, 4-wheel all terrain vehicles (ATV’s), golf cars, generators and snowmobiles. Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., where about 300 people are employed, is located at Schiphol-Rijk. Within Yamaha’s Parts & Accessory division, the Business group is responsible for the spare parts and Accessory price system, reporting and data analyses. In order to strengthen our team and further extend our operations we are looking for a Business Manager Parts & Accessories Function As Business Manager you are member of the Business group. Your key responsibilities are developing and determining the Business policy & strategy. Implementation of the policy & strategy in order to establish a price system that is based on European Suggested Retail price and discount policy, Pan-European pricing and market conform pricing per segment. Define monitoring – and reporting tools that provide a solid information base for decision-making. Make precise data analyses that support Management to make proper decisions. Actively participate in short medium and long term projects either department or division related. As Business manager you will report directly to the Business group manager. Qualities The candidate we have in mind possesses the following qualities: • A relevant Higher Professional Education (Business administration, financial, Administration); • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar function & environment (preferable in the Parts & Accessory, automotive business); • Excellent knowledge of English language, both spoken and written; • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills; • Result driven, creative mind, enthusiastic, pro-active and accurate; • Service and commercial attitude and feeling for cultural differences; • Strong knowledge of MS office software tools like Access, Cognos, Excel, Power point Yamaha Motor Europe N.V.
